CENTCOM Commander Heads to Occupied Territories for Talks on Iran, Lebanon

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, citing the Egyptian daily Al-Youm Al-Sabaa and the Israeli newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth, General Michael “Erik” Kurilla, Commander of the United States Central Command (CENTCOM), will travel to the occupied territories today. His visit is aimed at consulting with senior Zionist officials on the latest developments concerning Iran and Lebanon.
During his trip, General Kurilla is expected to meet and confer with Eyal Zamir, Chief of the General Staff, and Israeli War Minister Yoav Gallant. Discussions are anticipated to focus on Iran-related developments, including security and strategic coordination between the United States and Israel, ongoing intelligence assessments, and joint preparations against regional threats.
Furthermore, the situation on the northern border of the occupied territories, developments in Lebanon, and issues pertaining to military operations against Hezbollah are also expected to be addressed during these talks.
