Iran Claims Destruction of U.S. F-15 Fighter Jet and Missile Defense Radar in Jordan Attack

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Iran‘s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has reported the destruction of a U.S. F-15 fighter jet and a missile defense radar system in an operation targeting an American base in Jordan. The IRGC’s 38th statement detailed the successful strike, carried out by the IRGC Aerospace Force as part of “Operation Nasr 2.”
The statement, attributed to the IRGC Aerospace Force, described the action as a continuation of efforts to clear the region of enemy radar and defense systems, thereby facilitating broader missile and drone attacks and disrupting the enemy’s radar network. The operation reportedly involved a missile strike on the American base in Jordan, resulting in the destruction of a missile defense radar system and an F-15 aircraft within its shelter.
The IRGC asserted that the area is not a place for American aggressors and called for the U.S. military to withdraw to prevent further casualties. Further details on this punitive operation are expected to be released to the Iranian public.
