Iran’s IRGC Claims Destruction of US Radar, Patriot System in Bahrain

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Public Relations Office of the IRGC released Statement No. 35 detailing a significant operation against U.S. military assets. The statement began by addressing the “great and struggling nation of Islamic Iran,” acknowledging their “unprecedented and passionate presence on the scene and 140 nights of steadfastness” which has boosted the morale of Islamic combatants and defenders of the homeland.

The IRGC stated that “hours ago, a major operation by Islamic combatants began to punish the child-killing U.S. army for disrupting the security of the Strait of Hormuz and violating areas of our dear homeland.”

The statement continued, “Your children in the IRGC’s Aerospace Force created a dark night for U.S. radar and air defense systems in the region. In wave 24 of Operation Nasr 2, with the blessed رمز (mantra) of Ya Ruqayyah (SA), with the aim of paving the way for future extensive operations and removing obstacles to the precise hitting of targets, one U.S. air defense system and one U.S. radar in Al-Muharraq, Bahrain, were completely destroyed and removed from the operational orbit. Additionally, one U.S. Patriot air defense system in Al-Riffa, Bahrain, was simultaneously targeted by missiles and drones and destroyed.”

The IRGC concluded by asserting, “Punishing the aggressor continues, and its report will be presented to you, the dear and heroic nation. Victory comes only from God, the Almighty, the Wise.”
