Netanyahu Claims Al-Taher Heights No Longer Threat to Israel

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu asserted that the Al-Taher Heights in southern Lebanon no longer pose a threat to Israel, claiming Israeli forces have eliminated numerous ‘militants’ in the area.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has claimed that the Al-Taher Heights in southern Lebanon are no longer a threat to Israel. He further asserted that Israeli soldiers have eliminated a significant number of “militants” in the region.

The Al-Taher Heights have become a focal point of clashes between Israel and Hezbollah in recent months, with Israel frequently conducting aerial and artillery strikes on the area. Earlier, the Israeli army claimed it had gained operational control over Hezbollah infrastructure in the “Al-Taher” heights in southern Lebanon.

The Israeli army stated: “Despite threats from Iran, we were able to bring Hezbollah’s infrastructure in the Al-Taher heights in southern Lebanon under our operational control over the past hours.” Hezbollah has not yet responded to this claim by the Israeli regime.

Lebanese sources previously reported that the occupation army targeted the Al-Taher Heights in the Nabatieh district with a drone attack, and an explosion also occurred in the town of Mansouri.
