Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Corps Strikes US-Linked Vessels and Oil Tankers

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Navy announced on Tuesday that it targeted three vessels linked to the United States and three oil tankers in response to alleged aggression by the U.S. military.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Navy of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) issued a statement on Tuesday declaring that it had targeted three vessels affiliated with the United States and three oil tankers. The statement alleged that the U.S. military, in a “brutal act born of desperation,” attacked three oil tankers belonging to the Islamic Republic of Iran while attempting to block the Strait of Hormuz, causing damage.

The IRGC Navy stated that, with divine assistance and the support of the Iranian people, and in accordance with the Quranic verse “Whoever offends you, you may offend him in like manner,” they targeted three oil tankers navigating through an unauthorized route in the Strait of Hormuz. Additionally, three vessels associated with the “child-killing America” were reportedly targeted in other areas.

In response to these alleged actions, the IRGC Navy issued a stern warning to all vessels in the Persian Gulf and near the Strait of Hormuz. The statement urged them not to be deceived by the U.S. military and to avoid any suspicious movements aiming to pass through unauthorized waterways. The IRGC warned that any such actions would result in being targeted.
