Israeli Forces Intensify Gaza Assaults; New Casualty Figures Reported
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Israeli forces are intensifying their attacks on various areas of the Gaza Strip, with recent strikes resulting in injuries and fatalities. Medical sources at Al-Shifa Hospital reported that an Israeli drone targeted a motorcycle on Al-Rasheed Street near the Khalil Al-Wazir Mosque in the Sheikh Ajlin neighborhood, southwest of Gaza City, causing several injuries, one of which is reported to be critical.
Israeli fighter jets also carried out an airstrike on Street 10 in the Sheikh Ajlin area, south of Gaza City. In another incident, Israeli aircraft heavily bombed a house and a residential complex in the Al-Shati refugee camp, west of Gaza City. Concurrently, Israeli forces deployed smoke bombs in the Al-Mahatta neighborhood, northeast of Khan Yunis in southern Gaza.

Gaza Ministry of Health: War Casualties Reach 73,669
The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced that seven bodies were transferred to Gaza Strip hospitals within the past 24 hours, with 25 Palestinians sustaining injuries. According to the ministry’s daily statistics, two individuals were martyred in recent Israeli attacks, one died from previous severe injuries, and the bodies of four martyrs were recovered from under the rubble.
The Gaza Ministry of Health emphasized that numerous victims remain trapped under the rubble and in the streets, with rescue teams unable to reach them due to prevailing conditions. Since the commencement of the ceasefire on October 11, a total of 1,358 Palestinians have been martyred and 4,541 injured. Additionally, the bodies of 831 martyrs have been recovered from under the rubble during this period.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health stated that the total number of casualties in the ongoing Israeli war against the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, has reached 73,669, with the number of injured rising to 174,652.
