Russia Downs 330 Ukrainian Drones, Strikes Cargo Ship

Russia’s air defense systems intercepted over 330 Ukrainian drones overnight, while Moscow reported striking a cargo ship and military targets in Ukraine. Ukrainian officials confirmed casualties and infrastructure damage following Russian strikes.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Russia’s air defense forces successfully neutralized 330 Ukrainian drones across various Russian territories in the past night. This action was reported by the Russian Ministry of Defense, citing information from Al Jazeera.

The Russian Ministry of Defense also announced that a Ukrainian cargo ship in the port of Chornomorsk was targeted, along with a military data center located in the Odesa region. These actions highlight ongoing military engagements between the two nations.

In a separate incident, the governor of Russia’s Bryansk region stated that a widespread drone attack by Ukraine on a food distribution center resulted in material damage but no casualties or injuries. Separately, the governor of Ukraine’s Zaporizhzhia region confirmed that Russian attacks in the area led to three injuries and damage to infrastructure and property.
