Trump Reiterates Pledge to End Iran Conflict, Lower Energy Prices

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, U.S. President Donald Trump, in an interview with NBC News, reiterated his assertions about Iran’s nuclear program, stating that Washington will defeat Iran very quickly, after which oil and gasoline prices will plummet. Responding to a question about potentially supporting a suspension of gasoline taxes in Montana, Trump indicated he might support such a move but emphasized that the issue would be resolved swiftly by defeating Iran, leading to a sharp decline in energy costs. When asked about the timeline for ending the conflict with Iran, the U.S. President stated, “We will end this war very quickly, and oil prices will decrease.” Trump further claimed, despite international bodies confirming the peaceful nature of Iran’s nuclear program, “It was all about the nuclear weapon, and we have done this before with B-2 bombers. They will never have a nuclear weapon.” In another part of the interview, the American official placed the responsibility for the rise in inflation in the United States on the administration of former President Joe Biden.
