Israeli Knesset Election Results Stable After 97% Vote Count, Coalitions Unchanged

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, based on news data published by the Mehr News Agency, the political balance of power among the different factions in Israel‘s Knesset elections has remained unchanged after the counting of more than 97 percent of the ballots.
The latest data released by the Israeli Election Committee indicates that these preliminary results have not impacted the composition of potential coalitions. Based on the reported 97.3 percent vote count, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s bloc has secured 53 seats, the change bloc led by Gadi Eisenkot has obtained 48 seats, and the Arab joint list has garnered 19 seats.
This distribution suggests that neither of the primary blocs will be able to form a government independently. The release of these figures coincided with the Israeli Election Committee’s defense of the electoral process, asserting that the parliamentary elections were conducted in accordance with the law.
The electoral body further stated that claims of organized irregularities during the transparent electoral process lack any factual basis. In contrast, Gadi Eisenkot, Netanyahu’s main rival in this election, alleged that Netanyahu and his allies are attempting to delay the announcement of results by orchestrating an illegal operation to influence public opinion.
