Spanish Prime Minister Warns Illegal Conflicts Cost Europe Billions in Economic Strain

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez declared on Monday that the illegal conflicts in West Asia and mounting tensions surrounding the Strait of Hormuz represent a heavy toll being paid by Europe, the global community, and particularly the Global South.
Addressing current geopolitical developments, the senior Spanish official noted that rising fuel prices driven by these conflicts have generated an extra 100 billion euros in financial pressure for European citizens and governments throughout the year.
Sánchez also emphasized that governing Spain is managed strictly from within its own national borders rather than taking directives from foreign capitals such as Washington, Tel Aviv, Moscow, or Buenos Aires, presenting this independent stance as a necessary model for the rest of Europe.
