According to the Fars news agency reporter in Tashkent, America and the countries of Central Asia are launching the Business 5+1 public-private dialogue format to strengthen the region’s economic cooperation with American companies.
The Office of the US Department of State for South and Central Asian Affairs announced: This country, together with Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan, will launch the business format of public-private dialogue Business 5+1.
The report states: “B5+1” contributes to economic security through regional economic convergence and reforms, public-private dialogue, innovation and foreign investments.
The first meeting of the B5+1 format will be held in 2024 in the city of “Almaty”. The C5+1 in New York in September agreed on the creation of a special trade format. It is expected that this format will complement the C5+1 and strengthen the economic cooperation between Central Asia and America.
