report Mehr News Agency quoted by Waa Iraqi news agency, Qais Al-Mohammadavi, the deputy commander of the Iraqi Joint Operations Headquarters, announced the details of the special plan for the half-Sha’ban ceremony in Iraq.
Al-Mohammadavi, on the sidelines of his trip to Karbala together with Abdul Amir Rashid Yarullah, Chief of the General Staff of the Iraqi Army, said: The purpose of the trip to Karbala is to learn about the half-Sha’ban plan. . There is a high level of preparation for the implementation of this plan.
The deputy commander of Iraq’s Joint Operations Headquarters stated: Hashd Shaabi is highly prepared in terms of combat, technical, administrative and logistical aspects to manage this event.
Al-Mohammadavi stressed: the situation is going smoothly and normally according to the plan and there is no blocking of the route.
He added: This plan includes providing comfort for pilgrims and transporting them to the nearest place and ensuring smooth traffic and ensuring their security.
Al-Mohammadavi asked the Iraqis to cooperate with the security units.
