In this context, there are concerns about Tel Aviv’s new plans to expand settlements in the West Bank.
Norway’s representative also stated: Israel is abusing the natural resources of Palestine to continue its occupation of these areas. As an occupying power, Tel Aviv has certain legal obligations to protect the lives of Gazans. Tel Aviv must comply with its obligations in the field of providing access to humanitarian aid for the Palestinians in Gaza and not obstruct the activities of human staff in the field of humanitarian actions.
