Last week, on February 16, a New York court found Donald Trump guilty of fraud. It has been reported that this politician falsified financial statements to get loans and insurance at more favorable rates. This crime caused Trump to pay a fine of 355 million dollars. Meanwhile, the court has also calculated the profit of the fraud and increased it to 454 million dollars.
Trump was also banned from holding senior positions at any company in New York state, CBS reported. This ban will be applicable for three years. In addition, the former president can no longer request loans from state banks.
It is said that two of Trump’s sons, Donald and Eric, were found guilty in this court and must pay four million dollars each.
