reported by The Nigerian Labor Union has announced that it has started a two-day protest on Tuesday morning to protest hunger and insecurity across the country.
According to local media reports, the protest first started around 9:00 am local time in the business district of Lagos, Nigeria, and hours later it started in other places as well.
The Nigerian Labor Union announced in a letter that the demonstration was held with the aim of ending hunger and insecurity in Nigeria.
The organizers of this demonstration also asked the government of Nigeria to change the policies of the World Bank and the International Fund International to ditch the money, which they believe adds to Nigeria’s problems.
