reported by Mehr News Agency According to the Palestinian media, “Joseph Burrell” in charge of foreign policy of the European Union condemned the incident of targeting Palestinian refugees waiting to receive humanitarian aid in Gaza by the Israeli occupation.
Joseph Burrell stressed that shooting at Palestinian civilians who were trying to get food is unjustifiable.
He called for an impartial international investigation regarding this tragic incident and the killing of more than 100 Palestinian civilians who were waiting to receive humanitarian aid.
The foreign policy official of the European Union stated that the Zionist regime must adhere to international laws and support the distribution of humanitarian aid among the residents of the Gaza Strip.
Joseph Burrell called for the immediate action of the Security Council for a ceasefire in Gaza and guaranteeing humanitarian aid to reach this barrier.
He said that achieving an immediate humanitarian ceasefire, which will eventually lead to a permanent ceasefire, is necessary to deliver aid to the Gaza Strip and support civilians.
