US Embassy in Yemen: Houthi attacks on the Red Sea must stop

The US Embassy in Yemen shared a statement on Wednesday calling on Yemen’s Ansarullah group to stop its attacks in the Red Sea after the sinking of the British ship Rubymar.
Embassy emphasizing that “the shipwreck not only poses a risk of significant damage to the ecosystem of Yemen and other Red Sea countries, but also poses a risk to safe navigation in this very important waterway.”
Hussein al-Azi, the deputy foreign minister of the Ansarullah-led government in Yemen, vowed to continue targeting British ships in the Gulf of Aden.
