According toMehr News Agency to According to Reuters, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that an Ilyushin-76 plane belonging to the country’s army crashed in the Ivanovo region shortly after takeoff.
According to the statement of the Ministry of Defense of Russia, this plane had 15 passengers when it crashed.
Russian online media claimed that none of the passengers survived the accident.
