Bashar Assad and Lukashenko’s message of condolence to Putin

The presidents of Belarus and Syria, while condemning the terrorist attack in Russia and all forms of terrorism, expressed their condolences to their Russian counterparts.

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko offered his condolences to Russian President Vladimir Putin after the recent terror attack at Moscow’s Crocus City Hall, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov confirmed.

In a telephone conversation with Putin, Lukashenko expressed Minsk’s commitment to cooperation in the fight against terrorism, and Peskov emphasized the mutual readiness of Belarus and Russia to cooperate in countering such threats.

Syrian President Bashar Assad also expressed his condolences to Vladimir Putin, his Russian counterpart, and said: The cowardly attack that targeted civilians shows that the Russian people cannot be held back from their principles.

Assad addressed Putin and emphasized his determination to continue the joint war against terrorism and cross-border extremism.

Syrian President went on to say: This attack is directly related to the heavy defeats that neo-Nazis and their supporters have suffered as a result of special operations in Donbass.

The talks between the two leaders come after Russia confirmed that the death toll in the incident has risen to 93.
