North Korean leader: Nothing can justify terrorism

North Korean leader Kim Jong-un sent a message of “condolence and sympathy” to Russian President Vladimir Putin after the terrorist attack in Moscow and said that nothing can justify heinous terrorism.

North Korea’s Central News Agency wrote that Kim expressed his “heartfelt sympathy and condolences” to Putin and the Russian people, adding that Pyongyang opposes “all forms of terrorism.”

On the evening of Friday, the third of April, armed men attacked the concert hall in the city of Crocus in Krasnogorsk, near Moscow, and 143 people have been killed so far.

According to the announcement of the Federal Security Service of Russia, 11 people have been arrested in connection with this attack. According to reports, the vehicle carrying the terrorists was stopped 100 kilometers from the Ukrainian border while communicating with the related party in that country. The Ministry of Interior of Russia announced that all of them are foreigners and ISIS has accepted the responsibility for this attack.

Putin said on Saturday that four attackers were arrested while fleeing to Ukraine and that “Kiev had opened a window for terrorists”, but Ukraine has denied any involvement in the attack.
