Sending a delegation from Hamas to Cairo

Referring to the dispatch of a delegation from Hamas to Cairo, a Hamas-affiliated source announced: "Intensive consultations between Haniyeh and the mediators have been going on for the past few hours to resume negotiations in Cairo."

report Mehr News, a source affiliated with Hamas told Al Jazeera: A delegation from Hamas will leave for Cairo tomorrow to discuss the ceasefire agreement. This delegation will go to Cairo at the invitation of Egypt.

This source said: intensive consultations between Haniyeh and the mediators have been going on for the past few hours to resume negotiations in Cairo.

The said source announced: Haniyeh has announced to the mediators that any talks and negotiations should be based on establishing a permanent ceasefire.

This source stated: Haniyeh has emphasized that any negotiation should include the complete withdrawal of the occupiers and the unconditional return of the displaced.

This delegation will be chaired by Khalil Al-Hiya.
