The Presidents of Iraq and Syria stressed the need to stop the war in Gaza

report Mehr news agency quoted from the information base of the Iraqi presidency, the presidents of Iraq and Syria had a telephone conversation with each other.

Iraqi President Abdul Latif Rashid and Syrian President Bashar al-Assad held a meeting on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr today, Wednesday (April 10).

In this telephone conversation, while congratulating Eid al-Fitr, the parties wished prosperity and progress for the two nations of Iraq and Syria.

The two sides also emphasized the need to strengthen and develop bilateral relations.

Iraqi President Abdul Latif Rashid emphasized the importance of Syria’s stability and maintaining its security.
