An attack on a UN vehicle in the north of the Gaza Strip

The United Nations Children's Fund reported that a vehicle of the organization was attacked before entering Gaza, and UNICEF officials reported this issue to Tel Aviv.

The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), this morning (Thursday), announced on its user account on the X social network (formerly Twitter) that a vehicle of the organization was targeted by a bullet near the northern borders of the Gaza Strip. .

UNICEF explained that the vehicle was waiting to enter the north of the besieged Gaza area, which will be targeted.

This message states that UNICEF officials contacted the Israeli side and reported this issue to them. However, there is no mention of the physical condition of the passengers and the amount of damage caused to this car.

The international body added: “Unfortunately, humanitarian workers are at risk in providing life-saving assistance.”

On the 13th of April, the Israeli army targeted a vehicle of the International Central Kitchen Organization in the Gaza Strip with a drone, killing all its non-Palestinian passengers.

This international organization, which was active in the field of food distribution in the Gaza Strip, announced in a statement that 7 of its foreign forces were killed.

Some countries, including Australia, summoned the ambassador of the Israeli regime following this attack.

Before this attack, the Zionist regime’s army had also attacked the vehicle of the United Nations peacekeeping forces (UNIFIL) in southern Lebanon, as a result of which the occupants were injured and taken to a hospital in the Gaza Strip.
