A technical failure in the engine of a cargo ship led to the closure of the Bosphorus Strait.

report Mehr News Agency, citing Reuters, Trabica Transport and Shipping Organization announced that the strait was blocked after the engine of a cargo ship passing through the Bosphorus strait failed.

According to Trabica, the said ship was heading north through the Bosphorus strait, which extends along Istanbul, and suffered a technical failure.
