Iraq Boosts Daily Oil Exports to Over 3 Million Barrels

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Iraq‘s Oil Minister Bassim Mohammed Khudeir announced on Saturday that the nation has raised its daily crude oil export capacity to over three million barrels.

Khudeir stated that Iraq has been exporting three million barrels of oil per day since the beginning of September. He further elaborated on the government’s ambitious plan to significantly increase oil export capacity, aiming for five million barrels per day.

This expansion will be facilitated by the completion of strategic pipelines extending to Fishkhabur and Baniyas in Syria, in addition to existing export routes through the Strait of Hormuz.
