According to Webangah News quoted by Mehr News Agency quoted by Tass, “Dmitry Peskov”, the spokesman of the Russian government, announced in a conversation with reporters that Moscow, with the proposal of Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, to establish an international peace mechanism for Ukraine agrees to resolve the conflict.
