Xinhua wrote that these students were waiting in front of the entrance of a high school in the city of Tai’an in Shandong Province.
According to the police, the said bus was used for transporting students. The cause of this accident is under investigation. School safety, including overcrowded school buses and unsafe buildings, has become a deadly problem in China for years.
