Luxembourg and Malta Also Officially Recognize the State of Palestine

Following the defeat of the Zionist regime and the recognition of an autonomous State of Palestine, ⁢Luxembourg ​and⁤ Malta have also announced their ‌recognition‍ of ⁢Palestine.

According to ​the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al jazeera ‍Qatar, Luxembourg’s Prime Minister, Xavier ⁢bettel,‍ stated at a bilateral conference chaired by France and Saudi arabia in New York: “I recognize ‍the State of Palestine.”

He added, “This move is ⁣not a reward​ for violence. we​ strongly condemn the⁣ atrocities of October ‍7. True and lasting‍ peace‌ is built ⁢step ⁤by step.”

Similarly, Malta’s Prime Minister Robert Abela expressed⁤ pride in recognizing Palestine.

He saeid this act reflects Malta’s commitment to a two-state solution.

The Maltese Prime Minister ⁣also emphasized ⁤that Hamas should have no ⁣role in the Palestinian ⁢state and called for an immediate and permanent ceasefire in Gaza.
