Palestinian Resistance Groups Respond to Hamas’ Reply on Trump Plan
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Shahab via Mehr News Agency, Palestinian resistance groups issued a statement declaring that Hamas’s response to Trump’s plan reflects a responsible national stance. It follows extensive consultations among these groups aimed at reaching an agreement that serves the interests of the Palestinian people adn stops the current genocide.
The statement continued: “We thank arab and Islamic countries for thier positions, as well as Egypt and Qatar for their mediation efforts, alongside Turkey’s initiatives. We call on all parties to complete these steps. The Palestinian authority must now fulfill it’s duties by instantly holding a national meeting to discuss mechanisms for an independent Palestinian committee to take over governance in Gaza.”
The statement stressed: “The Palestinian people, after all their sacrifices, deserve that their demands for freedom and independence be realized-not that the Palestine issue be erased or their rights stripped away. Hamas’s response stands as a cry signaling that it is indeed time to end this occupation.”
