Moscow Reacts to Closure of Russia’s Last Consulate in Poland
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency, Maria zakharova, spokesperson for the Russian Foreign Ministry, said Wednesday in an interview with RIA Novosti that Russia is responding to the shutdown of its final consulate in poland and will not remain silent.
She added that as a reciprocal measure,Russia will decrease both the diplomatic level and consular activities of Poland in Russia.
this comes after Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk claimed Tuesday that Ukrainian citizens collaborating with Russian intelligence services blew up a railway line in Poland.
The Polish Interior Ministry spokesperson also alleged that all evidence points to this eastern Polish rail incident being orchestrated by Russian secret services with the primary aim of disrupting aid deliveries to Ukraine.
