Kremlin Insists Ukraine’s Neutrality Is Key to Negotiations

The Kremlin has stated that Ukraine’s refusal to join NATO is a cornerstone of any potential negotiations aimed at resolving the ongoing conflict. Dmitry Peskov, the Russian presidential spokesperson, expressed hope that the United States would present a vision for a peaceful settlement after discussions with European and Ukrainian counterparts.
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Dmitry Peskov, the spokesperson for the Russian presidential palace (Kremlin), stated on Monday that Russia expects the United States to offer a prospect for a peaceful resolution in Ukraine following discussions with European nations and Ukraine.
