U.S. Military Targets Three Vessels in Pacific Ocean, Killing Eight

The U.S. Southern Command has announced it targeted three vessels allegedly involved in drug trafficking in the Eastern Pacific Ocean, resulting in the deaths of eight people. The U.S. military claims these vessels were known drug smuggling routes.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the U.S. Southern Command stated it targeted three vessels in the Pacific Ocean suspected of carrying narcotics.

The U.S. military command claimed the vessels were traveling along known drug smuggling routes in the Eastern Pacific Ocean and were engaged in illicit drug trafficking activities.

Reports indicate that eight individuals were killed during the U.S. operation against these vessels.

According to CNN estimates, the U.S. military has destroyed over 20 vessels off the coasts of Latin America in recent months under the pretext of combating drug trafficking. These operations have reportedly resulted in approximately 90 fatalities.

Human rights groups have condemned these U.S. operations as extrajudicial executions and war crimes.
