Israel Accused of Using White Phosphorus in Attacks on Lebanon

Human Rights Watch has reported that Israeli forces deployed white phosphorus munitions in attacks targeting a densely populated civilian area in southern Lebanon, specifically on March 3rd in the Yuhmor region. Similar accusations of white phosphorus use were made regarding attacks on the areas of Tel Nahas and Khiyam.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Human Rights Watch has stated that Israeli forces have utilized white phosphorus in their assaults against a civilian and populated area within Lebanon.

Based on gathered data and reports from Al Mayadeen, as published by the Mehr News Agency, the human rights watchdog indicated that the Zionist regime employed weapons containing white phosphorus during its attacks on the Yuhmor region in southern Lebanon on March 3rd.

Images and available data suggest that white phosphorus was dispersed over a residential zone, according to the Human Rights Watch report.

Yesterday, reports also surfaced claiming that the Zionist regime had targeted the areas of Tel Nahas and Khiyam with munitions containing white phosphorus.
