The International Atomic Energy Agency’s Board of Governors will convene on Friday, June 5, in Vienna to discuss an attack on the Barakah nuclear power plant in the United Arab Emirates, following a request from several Arab nations.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Board of Governors is scheduled to hold a meeting on Friday, June 5, at 10:00 AM Central European Time in Boardroom C at the Vienna International Centre (VIC).

The session has been convened at the request of Egypt, Jordan, Morocco, and Saudi Arabia, and will address an attack targeting the Barakah nuclear power plant in the United Arab Emirates. IAEA Director General Rafael Mariano Grossi will open the meeting with an introductory statement.
