Saudi Arabia Condemns Israeli Attacks on Lebanon, Urges Respect for Sovereignty

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Saudi Arabia‘s Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement on Monday reacting to and condemning the continuation of incursions by the occupying regime into Lebanese territory. The ministry unequivocally denounced the Israeli regime’s attacks on Lebanese soil and declared its firm opposition to the encroachment of Zionist soldiers onto Lebanese land and violations of its sovereignty.

Saudi Arabia underscored the significance of preserving Lebanon’s territorial sovereignty and the well-being of its people, in accordance with relevant international agreements. Riyadh emphasized the importance of adhering to the ceasefire agreement to facilitate the expansion of Lebanese sovereignty over all its territories and compliance with government resolutions regarding the monopoly of arms.

Despite the established ceasefire, the Israeli regime has consistently continued its attacks on villages and towns in southern Lebanon, persistently violating the truce and targeting homes and civilians.
