Sweden Proposes European Troika for Russia Negotiations

Swedish Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson stated that any potential negotiations with Russia should be conducted by a member of the European Troika, comprising France, Germany, and the United Kingdom.
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Swedish Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson announced on Tuesday that discussions with Russia should be undertaken by one of the European Troika members, specifically London, Paris, and Berlin.
Kristersson elaborated that if potential negotiations with Russia are to proceed under the auspices of the European Union, they should be led by one of the three key European nations: France, Germany, or the United Kingdom.
He further specified that Europe’s engagement in such negotiations should occur at an opportune moment and be initiated at the request of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
