Iranian Commander Warns US: ‘We Will Make the Region a Hell for You’
A senior commander of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has issued a stark warning to the United States, threatening to make the region a ‘hell’ if its actions in the Strait of Hormuz are deemed destabilizing.
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Major General Seyyed Majid Mousavi, the commander of the IRGC’s Aerospace Force, posted a message on social media stating, “Are you making the sacred Strait of Hormuz insecure?! We will make the region a hell for you from all over Iran.”
The statement continued, “This is the response to the audacity of the Americans in the region, God willing.” The remarks appear to be a reaction to perceived U.S. provocations in the strategic waterway.
