Israeli Newspaper: Netanyahu’s Claims on War with Iran Proved Incorrect

An Israeli newspaper reports that Donald Trump believed a war with Iran would be easy based on statements from Benjamin Netanyahu and other Israeli officials, only to later realize this was not the case. This contradicts the perception that Israeli actions against regional countries were fully coordinated with the United States under Trump.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, an Israeli newspaper, Yedioth Ahronoth, has reported that Donald Trump initially believed a war against Iran would be an easy endeavor, based on information provided by Benjamin Netanyahu and other officials of the Zionist regime. However, he later discovered this was not accurate.

The report further states that Trump verbally attacked Netanyahu, calling him ungrateful, when he felt the Israeli Prime Minister was undermining the negotiation process with Iran behind the scenes.

This comes amidst assertions that the Zionist regime’s aggressions against regional countries and its destructive policies, particularly concerning Iran, were carried out in full coordination with the United States and Donald Trump.

Al Jazeera had previously reported that Donald Trump, who initially aimed for the collapse of the Iranian government and the elimination of Tehran’s nuclear program at the outset of his aggressive stance, gradually scaled back these objectives, leading to the war concluding with a different agreement.
