Netanyahu and Katz Agree to Lebanon Ceasefire, Maintain Occupied Territories Operations
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, based on data published by Mehr News Agency citing Al Jazeera, the Prime Minister and War Minister of the Zionist regime have ordered a cessation of military operations in Lebanon, while emphasizing the continuation of military aggression in occupied territories.
Israel‘s Channel 12 reported that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Yoav Gallant instructed the army to establish a ceasefire in southern Lebanon without withdrawing from areas under their control.
Separately, Walla, quoting an Israeli military source, stated that the chief of staff of the army issued directives for a ceasefire in southern Lebanon at the end of a meeting to assess the security situation.
