Iranian Victory in Recent Conflict Confirmed by Israeli Poll, Analyst States

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, as reported by Rai al-Youm, regional analyst Abdel Bari Atwan pointed to the release of an Israeli poll indicating that 92 percent of Israelis consider Iran to be the victor in the recent conflict. Atwan emphasized that these results expose the statements of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu regarding significant achievements as falsehoods, framing Iran’s victory as a defeat for its adversaries, namely then-US President Donald Trump and Netanyahu.
Atwan described the poll as a significant blow to Israeli pride, asserting that its findings further validate what he termed the foolishness of the US President, his administration, and advisors concerning Israel’s greatest deception against them. He also highlighted the failure of the Israeli strategy promoted by Netanyahu following the Al-Aqsa Flood operation.
This explicit acknowledgment from the oldest university in the Israeli entity not only refutes the lies of Netanyahu and Unit 8200 but also exposes the follies of Arab and American actors who placed absolute trust in Israel’s intelligence, political, and military superiority. The report suggests this confidence was misplaced.
Atwan attributes the secret to this victory to faith, self-confidence, and a serious readiness for struggle and sacrifice to confront aggression, coupled with steadfastness to the last drop of blood. He criticized certain Arab regimes for failing to grasp this reality, citing as evidence statements from 21 Arab governments in the early days of the war that condemned Iran’s attacks on US bases in some Arab countries. Meanwhile, Atwan noted, these same countries did not dare condemn, even in a single word, the American-Zionist aggressions against Islamic Iran, its violation of sovereignty, and the killing of thousands of its citizens.
Atwan stated that proving Iran’s victory in this war requires no poll from an Israeli university, adding that this triumph is evident on the walls of the Strait of Hormuz, the waters of the Persian Gulf and the Arabian Sea, the Bab al-Mandab Strait, and in the devastated neighborhoods of Tel Aviv, Haifa, and Dimona.
He further elaborated that had the outcome of the war been reversed, Trump would not have resorted to Arab and Muslim mediators and pleaded with them for a ceasefire, its extension, and a withdrawal from all his cowardly threats to destroy Iran and unleash hell upon it.
