Israeli Fighter Jets Soar Over Lebanon Amid Security Incident and Centcom Commander’s Visit

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Al-Mayadeen’s correspondent reported extensive flights of Israeli fighter jets over southern Lebanon and the Beqaa region, coinciding with artillery attacks by the Israeli army on several villages. These flights occurred as occupation media reported a serious security incident in southern Lebanon. Simultaneously, Israeli media reported that a number of Israeli army soldiers were injured in southern Lebanon. Sources indicated that a bomb detonated early this morning near the field command headquarters of the deputy commander of the Israeli army’s commando brigade in southern Lebanon. At least two reservist soldiers were injured in the explosion, with one reported to be in critical condition and the other in moderate condition. Hebrew sources added that the two soldiers were transferred from the scene by helicopter after the explosion. In parallel, Lebanese media reported the arrival of Centcom Commander Brad Cooper in Lebanon. Al-Jadeed TV Lebanon reported that Cooper entered Baabda Palace to meet with Lebanese President Joseph Aoun.
