Foreign Dignitaries Pay Respects to Martyred Leader’s Remains in Tehran

International guests and officials began paying their respects to the martyred Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei and his companions in Tehran’s Grand Mosalla on Tuesday morning, following the arrival of their remains.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the revered remains of Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei and his accompanying martyrs arrived at the Grand Mosalla of Tehran this morning and were placed in their designated area. The act of paying homage by several international guests and officials to the martyrs’ remains commenced shortly thereafter.

Initially, religious scholars and intellectuals from Indonesia, Afghanistan, Lebanon, Iraq, Morocco, and Turkey paid their respects to the deceased leader of Iran. Subsequently, representatives of the country’s religious minorities also gathered in the Grand Mosalla of Imam Khomeini (RA) to honor the martyred leader of the revolution.

Officials and delegations from Belarus, Turkmenistan, Russia, China, Spain, Ecuador, Egypt, Armenia, and Bolivia have also arrived in Tehran and, upon their visit to the Grand Mosalla of Tehran, paid tribute to the martyred Imam Ayatollah Khamenei.
