Bahrain’s top Shia cleric affirms continuation of Imam Khomeini’s path under new leadership

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Ayatollah Sheikh Isa Qassim, the prominent Shia leader in Bahrain, has released a statement emphasizing the ongoing trajectory set by Imam Khomeini and the martyred leader. The statement, sourced from Al-Ahed News Agency via Mehr News Agency, highlights that Ayatollah Sayyid Mujtaba Khamenei is now at the helm of the Islamic Republic, diligently pursuing the objectives that Imam Khomeini and the late Ayatollah Khamenei strived for.

Sheikh Qassim elaborated on the legacy of leadership, stating that the guidance provided by Imam Khomeini and the martyred leader opened avenues of goodness for the world while simultaneously closing doors to evil. He further described the departed leader as a great jurisprudent, a valiant revolutionary, a skilled statesman, and a wise and devoted leader who was among the sincere servants of God.
