Nouri al-Maliki: Honoring Martyred Leader’s Legacy is a Duty

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Iraqi media, quoting Nouri al-Maliki, head of the State of Law Coalition, reported that commemorating the legacy of the “great leader of the Islamic nation” and participating in his funeral procession is a fundamental obligation. Al-Maliki added that the leader demonstrated steadfastness and resilience in the face of challenges. He further commented that any contribution the Iraqi people make in this regard, regardless of its magnitude, would be insufficient for a figure who played a pivotal role in the future of the Iranian nation and the region. Al-Maliki asserted that Iraq’s message today is that the Islamic Republic of Iran stands with its allies and is supported by systems worldwide.
