US Central Command Claims Strikes on Over 170 Iranian Military Sites

The United States Central Command (CENTCOM) has claimed to have targeted more than 170 sites within Iran in recent days, asserting that these strikes were aimed at military installations including air defense systems and drone and missile storage facilities.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, CENTCOM has claimed responsibility for striking over 170 locations in Iran over the past few days. Citing reports from Al Jazeera, the U.S. military’s Central Command stated that these targets were exclusively military in nature.

The alleged attacks, as detailed by CENTCOM, encompassed air defense systems, facilities housing drones and missiles, and logistical infrastructure situated along the coast near the Strait of Hormuz.

These actions come as former President Donald Trump and the United States have once again demonstrated a disregard for agreements, repeatedly violating them and launching attacks on Iran. CENTCOM’s assertion of targeting only military objectives is contradicted by reports indicating that numerous civilian fishing boats and ordinary citizens’ property were also impacted by these strikes.
