Iranian General Warns Against Protracted Conflict, Cites Attacks on U.S. Infrastructure

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Brigadier General Mohebbi, spokesperson for the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, issued a stern warning, asserting that enemies should not harbor the illusion of extending the current battlefield dynamics or engaging in a war of attrition.

Mohebbi stated, “The enemy should not imagine that it can continue the current battle equation and turn the war into a war of attrition.” He further elaborated on Iran‘s strategic approach, noting that current operations are primarily concentrated on the destruction of American offensive infrastructure within the region.

He added, “Iran’s operations are currently focused on the destruction of U.S. offensive infrastructure in the region. Then, subsequent steps will commence.” This statement suggests a phased military strategy aimed at degrading enemy capabilities before escalating to further actions.
