Israeli Security Minister Issues Threats Against Iran, Cites Need for Missiles

Israeli Internal Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir has escalated rhetoric against Iran, claiming the battle is not over and emphasizing the need for more missiles to confront what he termed the ‘axis of evil.’ An Israeli official also warned of potential direct involvement in a war alongside the United States if Iranian attacks on regional nations persist.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Itamar Ben-Gvir, the Internal Security Minister of the Israeli regime, has made inflammatory statements against Iran. Citing data published by the Mehr News Agency, as reported by Al-Nahar, Ben-Gvir asserted that the confrontation with Iran is ongoing and requires a significant increase in missile capabilities to counter the ‘axis of evil.’ He claimed that while Israel has eliminated the human threat, more actions are necessary, and suggested that the United States has come to understand this more clearly recently.

Concurrently, an unnamed Israeli official stated that Israel might engage in conflict alongside the United States if Iran’s attacks on countries in the region continue. This official also declared that the memorandum of understanding signed between the U.S. and Iran is no longer valid, accusing Iran of attacking neighboring countries. The official further claimed that Israel is prepared to counter any Iranian attempts to target its territory. They warned that Iran would pay a heavy price for any attack on Israel, indicating that unlike previous confrontations, there would be no limitations on Israeli actions this time.
