Israeli Forces Fire on Lebanese Army in Zawtar West; Artillery Strikes Hit Southern Lebanon

Israeli military forces opened fire on Lebanese army troops in Zawtar West, while artillery shelling impacted various locations in southern Lebanon, including Ali Al-Tahir and the town of Haddatha. The Lebanese Army stated that the occupation forces’ actions will impede deployment efforts in testing zones.
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Israeli soldiers conducted significant explosions in Beit Yahoun and Qunine in southern Lebanon. Further explosions were reported in the town of Haddatha, also in southern Lebanon. Concurrently, news sources indicated that the Israeli army carried out artillery attacks on Ali Al-Tahir in southern Lebanon. The Lebanese Army issued a statement clarifying that army forces detonated unexploded ordnance in Zawtar West. The statement further added that Israeli occupation soldiers fired upon Lebanese forces in Zawtar West. The Lebanese Army asserted that Israel’s attacks will hinder the implementation of steps related to deployment in testing areas.
