Meanwhile, NATO assessments highlight Russia’s rapidly growing offensive capabilities.
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, The British newspaper The Telegraph has reported that Kyiv’s plans to mobilize at least 30,000 soldiers per month suggest Ukraine is underreporting its official casualty figures. The report, carried by the Mehr News Agency, indicates that the conflict in Ukraine continues despite efforts to achieve peace. Recent NATO reports also suggest that Russia’s offensive capabilities are increasing at a significantly faster pace than those of Ukraine. Russia has accused European countries that are members of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) of hindering peace negotiations in the region.
