Putin Discusses Security Concerns with Tajikistan President

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Russian President Vladimir Putin met with Tajikistan’s President Emomali Rahmon in Bishkek on Tuesday, on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation summit. Both leaders engaged in consultations regarding regional security and bilateral relations.

The Russian President stated that Moscow is aware of Tajikistan’s concerns regarding the situation in Afghanistan. Putin emphasized that Russia is in close contact with Dushanbe on this matter and other security-related issues, underscoring the ongoing dialogue between the two nations on critical regional challenges.
